For instance, during peak shopping seasons, our Click & Collect service increases flexibility, enabling customers to pick up their items outside standard working hours and reducing the chances of missed deliveries. This not only saves costs but also optimizes the delivery process and minimizes carbon emissions through delivery consolidation—delivering 50 parcels to a single pickup point is far more environmentally friendly than distributing them to 50 different households.”

The use of local pickup points makes last-mile delivery more economical, significantly minimizing costs associated with failed deliveries while offering cost-effective solutions for businesses and customers alike. Additionally, the Responsible Returns service streamlines the return process, meeting sustainability and efficiency requirements that enhance customer trust and boost sales and loyalty.
